OR AN ELDERLY COUPLE WHO PUTS ALL THEIR HOPE INTO THE GOVERNMENT AFTER A NUCLEAR ATTACK, BUT WHEN NO ONE COMES TO SAVE THEM, THEY SLOWLY DIE OF RADIATION POISONING.

That one episode where Pooh and the gang save a baby bird from freezing to death, Rabbit adopts her, but then somehow deludes himself that when she wants to migrate, it means she’ll never return, so when she asked for ONE MORE BEDTIME STORY, he completely blocks her out, and the scene closes with the bird crying to herself.
